A Few Thoughts

I haven't been on this in awhile. Just felt like jotting my thoughts down somewhere. I am desperately trying to make my life less stressful, and allowing myself to relax on occasion. Writing tends to help. I am also getting to bed about four hours earlier than usual, so that is a great thing! Good things to keep in mind: Don't forget to smile. Try to find service to do during the day. Breathe. And one other thing that I have found extremely important lately; listen to uplifting music. Especially since coming to school and having 80% of my day enveloped in music, good and encouraging music has become an even higher priority than it used to be. I may post some examples at a later date. For now...goodnight cyberspace!
